How has a failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success?

I am only 31, 32 in May, and I have had more failures than successes, but this prompt made me think that my website, thelegendofzenaida.com, is a success. I don’t have any subscribers or any views, but I see it as a success because I am finally writing, and that is my success. It took me years to start creative writing again. I used to creative write when I was in middle school, so like I was 13, I think, but adulting got in the way, real life got in the way, and I had no energy to do both. I am grateful I have energy now to start all the creative ventures I have been yearning to do. To answer the prompt, this setback or “failure” didn’t set me up for this success in writing again, but reminded me to just do it. I sound like the Nike slogan or that one guy who says just do it in that one reel lol.
